Shipping Policy

Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the Germany, Europe and United States. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

 

Processing time: 
100% of orders are shipped within 1-2 business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

Shipping time: 
Standard Shipping: Orders placed before 1pm should be received within 3-6 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays are handled on the Monday or the first working day after. (Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Order Tracking: 
Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number and a link to the courier’s website. Please contact our customer service team if you do not receive this email. You can also track your order by calling our order helpline +1654878981 or emailing help@nekme.com

How much does the delivery cost?

For order price below $90, we charge: $4.95

Failed Delivery
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Conzuri) at the customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

Our Carriers
We use Royal Mail, DHL and DX for deliveries.

UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER
You are advised to carefully inspect the package and goods to ensure they are intact and complete before signing for receipt of delivery. Should you find the parcel to be damaged or incomplete, you must refuse delivery of the goods or sign “Damaged” then contact us on the day of delivery.

DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 10 business days. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

BANK HOLIDAYS
We do not deliver on a Public holiday, so your parcel will be delivered on the next working day.
